Dark red opaque. Low head.Aroma (3)
Intensely raisiny, sherry. Like JW Lees Harvest Ale.Mouthfeel (10)
Huge massive smooth body. INTENSE port-wine character. Lots of oak, vanilla, coconut. Big burnt-brown-sugar finish like Kaufbeuren St. Martin Doppelbock.Overall Impression (3)
Excellent beer. I'd like to taste some of the original beer before it's aged in oak. (Aged in wine, port, or bourbon casks, then optionally blended.)

Deep amber. Very hazy. Massive thick head. Mild spicy hop aroma and lots of caramel. Huge body, low carbonation. Massively malty all the way through. Really big hop flavor and bitterness fades in the finish.
