Yellow opaque. Thick dense head. Huge wheat malt aroma, with hints of bananas. Medium creamy body, mildly fizzy and Real Smooth. Big wheat malt flavor from start to finish. Just a hint of banana flavor, and maybe a little smoke. Reminds me of being there.

Medium-big body, creamy, but still it seems light for a Doppelbock. Huge dark sweet malt character. Alcohol is very subdued. Sweet dark malt finish. Hint of smoke.

Golden, very high carbonation, good head. Sweet, malty aroma. Sweet, malty, smoky. Nice balance, clean finish with a healthy bitterness. Carbonation is a little high for my taste. Their "Centenary Celebration Beer"...hence the name.

Amber, good head, OK carbonation. Some diacetyl aroma with the phenols. Pretty butterscotchy flavor. OK sweetness and clove phenols, but diacetyl really detracts. Probably a very old bottle...the label says it's from "West" Germany.
