Mildly grainy, mildly floral.

Medium body, low carbonation. Sweetly malty, bready, grainy. Low floral hop flavor, low bitterness. Clean finish.

OK beer.

Almost black, with mahogany highlights. No head.

Mildly chocolatey, mildly roasty.

Mouthfeel (8)
Medium body, fairly fizzy. Chocolatey malt, just sweet enough. Very mild floral-fruity hop flavor, not bitter at all…not even a roast malt bitterness. Clean malty chocolatey finish.

Overall Impression (2)
Simple, but kinda tasty.

Like the DoppelBach, a good beer but not quite balanced.
