Yellow, hazy, good head. Sweet, malty, sulfury, perfumey aroma. Light body, high carbonation like a Tripel. REAL interesting floral/"green-plant" flavor - remember eating grass when you were a kid?

Black. Moderate dense tan head. Malty, roasty, dark-fruity aroma. Big silky body. Phenomenally malty and quite sweet without being overly sticky. Fairly roasty, with lots of vanilla flavor from 120 days of oak-aging. Nice big tasty complex strong beer.
