      Golden, hazy. Moderate dense head.
      Aroma (3½)
      Rich, toasty malt.
      Mouthfeel (9)
Light-medium body, fairly fizzy. Toasty, biscuity malt. Grassy, mildly fruity hop flavor with a surprising bitterness.
      Overall Impression (3)
More bitter than most Kellerbier, but then this is a special batch. Brewed for the 500th anniversary of the Reinheitsgebot!

      Score: 16 points
      Appearance (3)
      Golden, some haze. Creamy head.
      Aroma (3)
      Malty, mildly smoky. Earthy.
      Mouthfeel (8)
Medium body, fizzy. Grainy malt and lots of grassy-floral hops. Low medium bitterness. Grassy hops linger in the finish.
      Overall Impression (2)
Overhopped for a German beer - especially a Weizenbier - but it's a Sierra Nevada collaboration.

      Score: 18 points
      Overall Impression (3)
Bright golden. Moderate head. Malty, spicy aroma. Medium-big body. Richly malty with a big Pils malt flavor. Nice noble hop flavor, very mild bitterness. Not an Oktoberfest in the traditional sense, but rather a very tasty larger-than-average Helles.
