Really complex. Lots of interesting flavors. We bought some bottles for tasting soon and next year.

Thick and smooth. It's not flat, but the carbonation level is fairly low. Nicely malty, nicely sweet, nicely roasty. Tasty whiskey and oak flavors, vanilla and a hint of coconut. Very mildly warming.

I'd drink this by the fire pit.
