  Dark-toasty Munich malt. Very mild molasses note.

  Medium body, smooth. Dark, nutty malt – not roasty at all, which is good. Mild grassy, floral hop flavor, low bitterness. Sweet, nutty, grassy finish.
  
  Overall Impression (1½)
  This is a pretty good Brown Ale, but it's not bitter enough for an Altbier.

Bright yellow. Dense head.

Aroma (2½)
Bready. Fairly fruity.

Mouthfeel (7)
Light body. Reasonably fizzy. Hugely bready, like fresh bread dough. Very mild floral hop flavor, incredibly low bitterness.

Overall Impression (1½)
Good beer, weird balance. Bready like the Hell Hounds, only more so, and way too much alcohol for the style.

American-Style India Pale Ale

Fruity, grassy, floral.

Mouthfeel (8)
Medium body, smooth. Big grassy floral hop flavor, nicely bitter, a little grassy. Biscuity, toasty malt background. Lingering grassy hop finish.

Overall Impression (2½)
Good beer.

Light-medium body, smooth. Lots of bready malt. Mild floral hop flavor, low bitterness. Breast, mildly fruity finish.

Good hot weather beer.

Kinda lemony. Mildly toasty.

Medium body, smooth. Huge fruity, citrusy hops. Low-medium bitterness, a little more in the finish. Mild biscuity malt background.

Overall Impression (2)
Nice balance. Not slick like a lot of them are.

Beautiful burgundy. Low head.

Aroma (3½)
Toasty, mildly roasty. Malty.

Mouthfeel (9)
Medium body, smooth. Lots of malt, toasty, roasty, and balanced. Mild grassy hops, low-medium bitterness. Toasty malty sweet finish.

Overall Impression (2)
Real good beer! It's hard to put this in a particular style; it has the body and strength, but not the hops, of an American Brown, and the nutty, malty flavors of an English Brown.

Surprisingly light body, surprisingly fizzy. Big floral hop flavor all the way through. Graham cracker malt way in the background. Lingering floral finish.

Big, fizzy, and surprisingly creamy. Wheat malt with some caramel. Mild banana. Banana and caramel finish.

Not bad at all, but not as strong as I expected.
