Bright amber-brown, thick head. Mild toasty and caramel malt aroma. Medium body, mild spicy hop flavor, even milder bitterness. Smooth caramel malt character all the way through. "Dry hopped"...?

Bright amber, moderate carbonation, thick head. Fresh herbal-fruity hop aroma. Medium-light body, big fresh hop flavor, slightly oaky maltiness, moderate bitterness. Excellent well-balanced clean beer.

A little darker than the Scottish Ale, with high carbonation and a low head. Sweet dark caramel aroma. Light body, mildly sweet, lots of dark caramel flavor. Feels undercarbonated, despite the highly visible bubbles.

Black, thick dense head. Rich roasty chocolatey aroma with hints of hops. Medium body, roasty and chocolatey but the flavors are not as intense as the aroma. Roast flavor builds through the mildly sweet finish.

Black, thick creamy head. Nice roast malt aroma. Light silky body, huge acidic roast malt character. Flash of herbal hop flavor in the finish, not bitter at all.

Bright red-brown, fairly high carbonation, moderate head. Malty, toasty, sweet aroma, with some herbal hops. Big body, fizzy. Hugely malty, toasty, and even woody. Big bitterness starts in the middle and lingers. Big hoppy bitter finish is marred by excessive sweetness. Warming at the very end. This was my one and only beer here.
