Mouthfeel (9) Medium body, fairly fizzy. Sweet caramel malt with loads of fruity hops. Medium bitterness all the way through. Lots of dark fruity flavor.
Mouthfeel (9) Medium-big body, real smooth. Nicely malty, with a big fruity, citrusy, mildly piney hop flavor and bitterness. Hops last a long, long time.
Appearance (3) Golden. High carbonation. Low head.
Aroma (3) Tart. Citrus. Vanilla. Whiskey.
Mouthfeel (9) Thick and fizzy. Lots of malt, mildly tart, very fruity. Low-medium bitterness. Oaky, whiskey flavors, accentuated by alcohol warmth. Surprisingly clean finish.

Appearance (3) Yellow, quite hazy, with some small chunks. Moderate head.
Aroma (4) Earthy, musty, lots of Brettanomyces, on top of some clean sweet malt.
Mouthfeel (10) Light body, fizzy. Very nice malt background behind a reasonably tart, very earthy, mildly hoppy character. Mild leathery flavor. Definite alcohol warming.
Overall Impression (3) Maybe a bit strong for the style, but it's a Very Tasty Beer. And I bet it will age for ten years or more. Bottle #278 of 308. Brewed August 2005, Bottled July 2006.
Mouthfeel (9) Massive beer. Immensely malty, with a phenomenal oak flavor — wood and vanilla. Mildly pleasantly tart and earthy, with a touch of Brettanomyces.
Mouthfeel (9) Medium-big body. Real smooth. Big woody, coconut, oak character. Big bitterness, but not an intense bitterness. Fruity, very spicy, mildly earthy hop flavor.
Mouthfeel (8) Big body. Low carbonation. Tons of malt, fairly sweet and a bit smoky. Big vanilla flavor. Grassy. Low bitterness. Quite warming. Sweet, malty, grassy finish with quite a bit of liquor.
Overall Impression (2½) Lots of oak, not a lot of Tripel. Bottle #637/642, brewed September 2006, bottled August 2007.
