Bright red. Big rocky head. Lots of fruity aromatic esters, faintly citrusy, with just a hint of caramel. Medium body, low carbonation. Fiercely malty, but fairly oxidized, with lots of sherry-like flavor. Lots of butterscotch, too. Fairly bitter as well. Tastes old, but "best before 26 Nov 2004". -

Bright copper color. Big thick head. Toasty, fruity aroma. Medium body. Lots of tasty toasty malt flavor, nicely balanced with Kentish hops, unfortunately marred by rather a lot of diacetyl.
