      Big coffee. Roasty and burnt.

      Medium body, smooth. More burnt than malty. Lingering roasty, mildly acidic finish.
      Overall Impression (1½)
      I'd like a bigger malt base. It reminds me of the old Anchor Porter.

      Medium-big body, smooth. Big resiny, piney hops, fairly bitter. Mild bready malt undertones. Nice balance.

      Tawny brown, slight haze. Moderate head.

      Very mild earthy, grainy malt.

      Medium-big body, chewy and malty. Toasty, a little earthy, a little raisiny.
      Overall Impression (2)
      Bigger than a traditional Oktoberfest, almost Bocky.
