      Toasty malt. Brown sugar. Raisin. Yeasty.

      Medium-big body, very fizzy. Big sweetish toasty malt character. Spicy. Quite warming, in a well-balanced sort of way.
      Overall Impression (3)
      Big chewy malty spicy interesting beer.

      Golden, hazy. High carbonation. Thick head.
      Aroma (3)
      Fruity, spicy, peppery, malty, yeasty. Noticeable juniper. The cork has an intense gin aroma.
      Mouthfeel (10)
      Light body, smooth mouth-filling carbonation. Nice malt base. Very nice juniper spice, noticeable but subdued. Mild alcohol. Earthy spiciness in the finish.
      Overall Impression (3)
      Real tasty beer. Brewed "with natural gin flavor". Bottle conditioned. "Best before 06/06/09".
