According to James Furiosi:

Beer is served at the Gem and Keystone restaurant on River Road and also at the Shawnee Inn. Contrary to what the map says, the road to these spots does not close in the winter. This establishment is easy to access off the first exit in Pennsylvania (Delaware Water Gap, PA).
