The company De 5 Gaarde A/S (the 5 farms) consists of the 5 most famous and biggest castles in Denmark. The owners (one being the younger crown prince of Denmark) have joined their farms together in one company in order to market their products better. They produce varios types of vegetables, have a lot of farm animals etc. They produce 3 types of beer under licence at the Harboe Bryggeri using their own grown malt, which is roasted at the Fuglsang Bryggeri.
