      Package: bottled
      Place: Beertopia, Omaha NE
      Score: 16 points
      Appearance (3)
Deep red with lots of haze. Still.
      Aroma (3)
Brettanomyces. Caramel. Nicely tart. Nicely estery.
      Mouthfeel (8)
Light body. Absolutely still. Caramel malt character supports a fruity, oaky, mildly tart flavor. Horsey, vanilla flavors are there, but subdued.
      Overall Impression (2)
Good beer, but I wonder if some carbonation would bring out more flavors.
