      Bottled in 2002. Bright deep golden. Thick head. Big Brettanomyces aroma, with a sweet fruitiness. Light fizzy body. Big tart sweetness. Clean tart finish. Nice balance.

      Aroma (3)
      Very fruity, red apples.
      Mouthfeel (9)
      Light body, fizzy. Big malt flavor. Nowhere near as dry as most Gueuze. Sweet red apple flavor. Very mild Brettanomyces. Not tart at all.
      Overall Impression (2)
      This might be a good introductory beer for people unfamiliar with the style, and it is a tasty beer, but it's not actually representative of a traditional Gueuze.
