Firehouse general manager Tammy Lathrop describes their pub:

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We offer a full menu for breakfast, a lunch buffet Mon.-Fri. 11-2 pm and a full dinner menu with steaks, pastas, mexican, sandwiches and so much more. We keep the fryers on after the kitchen closes. Homemade pies and soups daily. We have a banquet room available for meetings, birthdays, family reunions and so on with no rent fee. We employ 30 employees. We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary and businesses is going great. Our decor is something to come and see and the atmosphere is relaxing and suitable for all ages. The original fire pole that some have braved to slide down. We sell firehouse brewery shirts, dressings to go in pint jars, and hope to add on more items. A great place to bring your family and friends and enjoy yourselves.

Many of the beers are brewed at the Depot in Shenandoah IA, under the same ownership.
