Notes

Opened: 2001

Contributors: Diane Crawford, Timothy Tooker

Tim Tucker is the poor sucker who has to orchestrate the brewery, the restaurant/pub, distribution, sales, etc. He notes that they are expanding their fermentation capacity by 100 bbls to try and keep up with demand, as they're now distributing their beer in Portland.

Or at least they were, until they shut down their brewery in 2006.
