      Red-pink opaque, moderate carbonation, big pinkish head. Raspberry aroma assertive but not obnoxious. Malty, raspberry tart-sweet. Pretty tasty! "Matured three years in oak." Choo would like this.

      Deep amber, low carbonation, thick head. Raisiny, estery, alcoholic aroma. Sweet, caramelly, mildly fruity (acetaldehyde?). Not nearly as complex as Boon's. Tastes a lot like a Dubbel.
