This place looks just like a typical American chain brewpub, except everything's written in German. The brewer gave me a quick tour; what caught my attention the most was the method he uses to keep his tanks cool: running ice water down the outside walls.

Yellow opaque - ungespundet - with a big dense head. Very mild sweet malty aroma with some yeast. Medium body. Lots of yeast, but it's really a clean yeasty flavor. Mildly sweet and malty. And a bit phenolic - rubbery.
