      Golden, hazy. Big thick head. Fruity, malty aroma. Light body. Malty and really quite estery. Hints of hop flavor in the finish, just slightly metallic, and drying.

      Brown, opaque with yeast. Thick head. Just like Rochefort 8.

      Chocolate, spicy, ginger, apple.
      Mouthfeel (9)
      Medium-big body. Clean fresh caramel malt. Same fruitiness as the aroma. Nice alcohol note at the end, with lots of caramel. Spicy caramel apples.
