Bright pale golden. MASSIVE creamy head. Poured some yeast and clouded it up.Aroma (4)
Big sweet coriander aroma. Fruity, mildly citrusy. Clean.Mouthfeel (10)
Medium-body, creamy, moderate carbonation. Lots of wheat malt, mildly grainy. Nice coriander flavor, floral and mildly fruity. Definite saltiness, but it's not unpleasant at all.Overall Impression (3)
It's sort of like a Witbier, but salty, and not as spicy nor fizzy. A very tasty and interesting beer. From the label: "Water, wheat malt, barley malt, hops, yeast, coriander and salt. Original bottle fermentation".
