Black. Massive dense head. Lots of yeast chunks.

Aroma (3)
Lots of dark fruit.

Mouthfeel (9)
Light-medium body, very fizzy. Darkly sweet and sweetly dark. Very fruity: plums, raisins, etc.

Very tasty beer.

Hazy golden. Big dense head. Spicy, herbal, wheaty aroma. Light-medium body, quite fizzy. Unique spiciness — fenugreek? caraway? — on top of a mild Hefeweizen sort of beer. Or maybe Rye. Very unusual and really pretty tasty, once you get used to it. It contains a grain called "karmut", along with "guarapo".

Amber-red, lots of chunks. Moderate head.

Aroma (3)
Tart and fruity, with some caramel, and maybe some Brettanomyces.

Mouthfeel (9)
Light body, fizzy. Sweet caramel malt. Earthy, very mildly tart, sort of like a Lambic, but nowhere near as dry. Some raisin in the finish, along with lots of sweet malt.

Interesting beer.
