Joe updates us on his Pearl Street Brewery upgrade:

The Pearl Street Brewer has found a new home! We have found a new location in the historic La Crosse Rubber Mills building. Our new 26 thousand sq ft. facility will allow PSB to brew a wider variety of beers and more of them. We will be brewing on a 20x40 bbl system and we will be bottling many of our beers as well. The remodeling is expected to be done by Fall '05 when we will be inviting the public in to see our new tasting/hospitality room.
