Bright amber, still, low head. Intense malt and alcohol aroma. Huge, chewy. Mouthfuls of sweet malt. Head-rushing alcohol. I stare into space in lieu of writing. This is a very good beer.

Terrifically smooth, rich, complex, satisfying beer.

Tremendously, smooth, strong, malty beer. "The 2007 bottling is the first bottling since 1986."

Thick, smooth. No carbonation of note. Sweet, malty, dark. Raisins. Mild oxidation, but not offensive. Alcohol is very mild, just a little warning. Lots of molasses in the finish.

Rich, complex, dangerous beer.
