      Clean fresh malt. Mildly floral.

      Light-medium body, smooth. Very nice noble hop bitterness all the way through, with a great fresh malt background.

      Excellent beer — the best beer of the trip so far.

      Cloves. Fresh-cut grass.
      Mouthfeel (9)
      Medium body, smooth. Sweet wheat malt, bready. Bananas. Very mild cloves, more in the finish. Finishes clean, fruity, and sweet.
      Overall Impression (3)
      Real good beer.

      Earthy noble hops, smoky.

      Medium body, smooth. Intensely grainy, but quite pleasant. Sweet, with a fairly sulfury, yeasty character. Mild resiny bitterness at the end.
