Aroma (4)
Spicy and fruity, like a Belgian Strong Dark Ale. Hints of wood. Floral.

Mouthfeel (9)
Big and smooth and malty. Fruity, with a big apple character. Mild vanilla. Warming. Belgian spiciness carries over from the aroma. Sweet fruity finish.

Overall Impression (2)
Matured in sakē casks.

Deep red, hazy. Huge head.

Aroma (3)
Lots of Belgian spiciness, coriander.

Mouthfeel (9)
Big body, smooth. Lots of caramel malt and lots of perfumey, fruity spiciness. Alcohol is very subdued. Big orange flavor in the finish.

Overall Impression (2)
I'll bet this beer would age nicely. Brewed with "coriander, orange peel, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla beans". Bottle-conditioned.

Incredibly fizzy. Surprisingly light body. Lots of sweet malt, lots of spicy esters. Clove, cinnamon. The sweetness and malt flavors go away, but the spiciness doesn't.

Big spicy fruity earthy hops.

Medium body, fizzy. Malty with a big bitter blast up front. Resiny, earthy bitterness with lots of dark fruit. Hop character lingers pleasantly.

"Matured in cedar casks", like sake.

Medium-big body, low carbonation. Lots of dark caramel malt and lots of fresh ginger. Fairly bitter in the middle, but sweet ginger spiciness takes over at the end.
