Golden, hazy, no head. Very sweet, very malty aroma. Medium body. Sweet and malty. Some graininess, some herbal hops. Very very low carbonation - damn near flat. Hints of spiciness and fruity esters, but the lack of carbonation really hurts the complexity.

Medium body. Really malty and really fizzy. Nice sweet malty character. Moderately bitter, with a grassy hop flavor. Interesting phenolic spiciness. Slightly yeasty.Overall Impression (3)
The best Bière de Garde that I can remember. "Best before 01.12.06".
