Light-medium body, smooth. Peppery flavor up front, with grainy-sweet malt. Bitterness is very subdued.Overall Impression (2½)
Tasty clean beer, but more of a Helles than a Pils. Made from regionally-grown barley.

Are Märzen beers paler and lighter here than elsewhere? This is a very nice German Pils.
