Brilliant bright amber, big thick head. Fresh grainy crystal malt aroma. Medium-big body, huge fresh grainy malt flavor with hints of caramel and lots of toast. Fairly fizzy. Mildly warming in the finish, with a bit of hop flavor and bitterness. It rather reminds me of the North Coast Christmas Ale from ten or twelve years ago!
