Kippy and Cadge are brewing some fine Belgian ales!
We are at the foot of Mt. Mansfield, the tallest point in Vermont just outside of Stowe, on the shores of beautiful Lake Lamoille. Come and visit us. We are two cool guys who brew Belgian Style ales and we are very funny and interesting.

Dark golden, very hazy, good head. Very floral aroma, some banana, spicy. Medium body, sweet, moderate carbonation, not bitter at all. Some drying alcohol sensation. A little spicy, peppery. Pretty sweet all the way through. Bottled 2/13/98, OG 1.050. This was a test batch for their planned commercial recipe.

Massively foamy, deep golden, virtually opaque. Spicy, sweet, herbal aroma. Sharp carbonation bite, malty-sweet, pretty fruity. Mildly warming, drying finish with a hint of bitterness. Thanks to Kip Ross for sending this bottle, from Batch #3!
