Big body, real smooth. Hugely malty. Lots of spicy esters like a good Belgian beer. Big earthiness in the finish, along with a mild bitterness and some alcohol warming.

Tasty, more hoppy but less complex than De Proef Signature Ale.

Yellow, hazy with yeast. Very high carbonation. Huge creamy head. Malty aroma, sweet, spicy, and fruity. Medium body, fizzy. Sweet malty base supports a blast of fruity spiciness...bananas, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, with just a hint of Brettanomyces in the finish.
