      Brown-black. Thick head. Faint caramel aroma, yeasty. Medium-big body, very low carbonation. Big dark caramel flavor. Very mild Dunkelweizen character, with a yeasty spiciness. (Wild yeast picked up during hand-bottling?) Quite tasty, but ... unusual ... for an Old Ale.
