Bright golden. Incredibly high carbonation. Massive head.Aroma (4)
Fresh malt. Clean spices. Hint of ginger.Mouthfeel (9½)
Light body. Fiercely fizzy. Nice malty base supports lots of spicy flavors. Alcohol warming is present but not powerful, making this a tasty and subtle beer.Overall Impression (3)
Excellent beer, but not as complex as I was expecting. It's brewed in Belgium, then conditioned in France as a champagne.
