North Carolina's first brewpub. Here's the scoop on the name Weeping Radish, courtesy of Pubcrawler Mike Anderson:
The name derives from the Bavarian practice of salting white radishes as appetizers for bars (like we do with pretzels and popcorn...you know...to create a wicked thirst and sell more drinks!). The salt draws the water out of the radishes...hence they "weep."
2007-08-02: They're selling their organic beer online. You can also make up private beer labels for any occasion.
2008-04-04: This location closed in September 2007. A new location opened in Jarvisburg.
