If Your remember the other very famous hockey forward Helmut Balderis (he played for Soviet Union team). In that time our people told: Drink beer from Aldaris become Balderis.
I owe Herman a few of my own beers in exchange for the six-pack he sent me!

Golden-pale, low carbonation, big head. Fresh malt aroma. Very smooth beer, nice malty flavor without being too sweet. Pretty nice balance overall. A little warming late. Damn fine beer.

Golden, moderate carbonation, good head. Sweet malt aroma, some alcohol. Surprisingly bitter...and at the same time surprisingly clean. Nice malt flavor after the bitter blast, with an almost-sweet finish.
