Once you get past the easy-to-miss, sandwiched-between-storefronts doorway, Triumph's interior and even their logo look a lot like a Gordon Biersch, but they're not related at all. Their beers are $4 a pint. They've got live music Wednesdays through Saturdays, and the Princeton University crowd really packs 'em in. They offer brewery tours on Saturday afternoons at 1:00 and 3:00.
