Medium body, smooth. Lots of biscuity malt. Grassy, mildly resiny hop flavor, moderate bitterness. Chewy, malty, grassy finish with a fair bit of sulfur.Overall Impression (2)
This is Shepherd Neame's 300th anniversary beer. The label says "bottle conditioned", but there's no yeast in the bottle. "Hops are added three times, hence it is 'thrice-hopped'."
