Formerly Hubcap Brewery and Kitchen #2
When I visited this place in October 1997, they told me the name would change from Hubcap to Schooner on December 1, but nothing else would change. Good beer!

Red-brown, nice head, moderate carbonation. Sweet aroma, like honey. Nice and thick, sweet, malty, pretty good balance. Dark sweet finish is just a little sticky.
