Ales and German-style lagers and Japanese food, all quite well done. Last I heard, they were planning to open a bottling line so they could ship their beer back to Japan! It seems it's cheaper that way...

      Definitely amber. Hazy. Aroma very caramel malt. Thin. Disappointing. Cloying. None of the caramel flavor comes through.

    Pale Gold Kölsch

      Certainly pale gold. Good thick white head. Lots of fine bubbles. European aromatics, but some faint flowery notes. Very fine mouthfeel. Body, malty flavors, long bitter finish.

      Deep deep red. Not opaque. Thick white head. Nice aromatic mix of hops and black malt. Could be more assertive. Burnt flavor. A little thin, but not out of line. Long bitter finish.
