Very friendly people. They provide guided tours Mon-Fri at any time between noon and 5PM. Tours on Sat/Sun are self-guided (they give you a binder with pictures to follow). Small tasting area at entrance within the small retail gift shop with shirts, glasses, etc., for sale. Also sell 6 packs to go.
