      Very pale. Massive fluffy head. Phenomenally fizzy. Clean, spicy aroma. Light fizzy body. Big sweet maltiness with a nice dose of spicy esters. A little warming. Fruity apple finish. The cap is marked "4/2008", so I think I'll keep my other bottle in the cellar for a year or two or three.

      Thin layer of bright golden beer under a full glass of foam. Spicy banana aroma. Light malty. Finishes sweet...not much else.
