Deep amber, fairly low carbonation. Threw quite a head. Slightly toasty dark malt aroma. Oddly light flavors for such a big-looking beer. Hint of caramel, hint of roastiness, pretty fair balance. Hint of bitterness at the very end. Pretty smooth beer. They certainly don't call it "Malt Liquor" in Germany.
