      Deep dark red, moderate head. Rich dark chocolate aroma. Medium-light body, big chocolate flavor on top of roasted malts. Lingering clean roasty finish. Excellent with a fine medium-rare steak, or with a rich chocolate dessert. Excellent without them, too. 13° Plato.
