Originally opened as Pike Place Brewery...got its new owners and name in 1996. Pike used to contract with Minnesota Brewing of St.Paul MN for extra production, but their new brewery has plenty of capacity now!
Pike's Rose Ann Finkel describes the place:
The Pike Pub features traditional pub fare with a special emphasis on local, seasonal, and organicproducts, with dishes such as crab chowder, wild salmon, hamburgers from grass fed beef, andbratwurst with apple sauerkraut. Pike Ales, brewed on premise in a gravity flow steam brewery, are featured along with local wines and cocktails using artisan spirits. It is the home of Seattle's Micro Brewery Museum.
