  Beautiful bright red. Low head.
  
  Aroma (3½)
  Clean wood aroma, with lots of alcohol. Caramel malt underneath. Alcohol contributes a mild fruitiness.
  
  Mouthfeel (10)
  Huge and creamy. Strong alcohol sensation is surprisingly well-balanced by a rich maltiness and lots of vanilla from the wood. Whiskey character is assertive, not overpowering.
  
  Overall Impression (3)
  Remarkable strong barrel-aged beer! It was aged in Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey barrels.
