      Black, thick head, good retention. Mild roasted grain aroma. Big body, low carbonation, Some alcohol character. Lots of herbal hop flavor. Sweet, chocolatey. Sweet roasty finish, drying (from alcohol?) Slightly acidic/sharp. Some diacetyl. Thanks to Dan Pleshek and Loriann Andersen for bringing this bottle from Belize! (Note: I orginally scored this beer on the BJCP 50-point scale. It earned 29 points, which translates to 11½ out of 20. If I had done it on the 20-point scale originally, it probably would have scored about 13.)
