      Really floral, like a bar of soap. (Not actually soapy.) Fruity underneath.
      Mouthfeel (8)
      Medium creamy body. Biscuity malt behind a big floral-fruity-grassy hop flavor. Medium-big bitterness. Fruity, mildly bitter, toasty finish.

      Red-brown, translucent. Dense creamy head.
      Aroma (3½)
      Spicy, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mild dark toast.
      Mouthfeel (8)
      Big and creamy. Richly malty. Lots of spice. Warming, but not hot. Very very low grassy hop flavor and bitterness.

      Almost complex.

      Mildly roasty.

      Medium body, creamy. Malty and mildly roasty. Mild grassy hop flavor, low bitterness. Grassy, creamy, mildly roasty finish.

      Simple, but tasty.

      Medium creamy body, smooth. Dark Munich malt, mild raisiny character. Mild grassy-floral hop flavor, low-medium bitterness. Dry finish.
      Overall Impression (2)
      A little darker and less bitter than the Düsseldorfer beers, but not bad at all.
