      Some pasty guck - probably yeast - in the neck of the bottle. The beer is brownish opaque with a thick white head. Great malty aroma, just like Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale. Big body, huge maltiness all the way through. Real clean beer...some bitterness at the very end. Mighty tasty.
