Ramapo Valley Brewpub featured a 15-barrel Pub Brewing system that served up six beers at a time. They had three dartboards for real steel-tipped darts - not that plastic electronic garbage - and a bubble hockey table. There was live music on the weekends.
Early in 2005, they closed their brewpub and moved the brewing operation to a new location not far from Suffern, and soon after were acquired by Montréal-based ICBS, an arrangement that lasted about two years.

Deep golden, very hazy, big dense white head. Alcoholic-spicy malty aroma. Medium body, hugely alcoholic and fairly malty. Tastes and feels a lot like a Belgian Trippel without the yeast character. Just tapped today!
